Application
As excellent adhesion promoter in acrylic coatings, adhesives and sealants.
In glass-reinforced thermosets, it enhances the flexural, compressive and interlaminar shear strengths before and after exposure to humidity.
As a phenolic resin binder additive, it can impart moisture resistance and allows recovery after compression.
In shell molding, it strengthens the bond between the phenolic binder and foundry sand.
Packing and Storage
Corrosive Liquid. Keep away from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition.
Keep container tightly closed. Moisture sensitive. Store under inert gas.
