Product introduction
Soft Fluffy Amino Silicone Fluid YASIL-A800 is modified organic silicone crude oil, applied in soft finish of various fiber textiles especially cotton, cotton/polyester, polyester, and blended cotton fabrics, which can get perfect handle. It has little effect on whiteness, shade, and color fastness of fabrics.
Application
YASIL-A800 liquid silicone oil can be used on super soft, fluffy, smooth finish of cotton, cotton/poly and cotton blended fabric.
YASIL-A800 endows the fabrics with excellent fluffy and smooth hand feelings.
YASIL-A800 endows the cotton fabrics with super soft and smooth hand feelings.
The stability of working fluid of emulsified liquid is good, and it has good compatibility with silicone adhesive and dope.
Dosage:
Dipping Process: Emulsified YASIL-A800 2-6%(o.w.f)
Padding Process: Emulsified YASIL-A800 10-50g/l.
Packing and Storage
YASIL-A800 by LANYA, a reliable silicone company, is supplied in 100Kg plastic drum.
In the original unopened packaging, YASIL-A800 has a shelf life of eight months in a dry and cool place.
