Product introduction
YAC-DFOS is clear to straw liquid. It is alkaline and quite stable, containing frozen composition.
According to the use of different fields, YAC-DFOS should be diluted to 0.5% to 25% with distilled water, or add it into the water based polymer system accordingly. The optimal dosage is not the same due to different silicone oil formula.
Application
YAC-DFOS is mainly used in fiberglass, sealant, resin, coating and foundry industry.
YAC-DFOS silanes can be used for surface treatment of fiberglass and inorganic mineral powder to improve their application.
YAC-DFOS can be used as primer of glass surface and treating agent on metal surface, such as phosphating and passivation additives for silanes.
YAC-DFOS amino silane can be used in surface modification of organic materials.
YAC-DFOS can be used as adding additives for water based polymer systems, like adhesion promoter or modifier.
Packing and Storage
YAC-DFOS is supplied in 5Kg, 10Kg, 25Kg, 180Kg plastic drum, or 1000Kg IBC container.
In the unopened original container YAC-DFOS has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
