Application
Universal sililation reagent, silica surface treatment, pharmaceutical intermediate, photoresist adhesion promotor and other electronic, semiconductor and industrial uses.
Can be used in special organic synthesis. Methylsilylation in the synthesis of amikacin, penicillin, cefomycin, fluorouracil and various penicillin derivatives. It can also be used for surface treatment of diatomite, silica, titanium and other powders.
