Product introduction
YAC-E2333 is a methacryl functional silane, mainly used as a crosslinker for 100% acrylic latexes. YAC-E2333 is easily incorporated into acrylic latex backbones.
YAC-E2333 acyl silane is equal to Momentive's CoatOSil 1757.
Application
YAC-E2333, the high quality silicone silane, is especially useful in coatings applications where increased solvent and water resistance, mar resistance, wet and dry adhesion, pigment binding and scrub resistance, films hardness and tensile strength.
The unique structure of YAC-E2333 may make it unusually stable in emulsions. It does not react or form crosslinks until the coating is cast as a film.
Packing and Storage
YAC-E2333 silane crosslinking agent is supplied in 25Kg plastic drum, 200Kg steel drum.
In the unopened original container YAC-E2333 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
